How IP Cameras can help reduce malpractices in examinations

Examinations and malpractices during the same are a common scene that we see. Examinations are conducted to understand every student’s capability and responsiveness towards understanding and memorizing things. But this intention somewhere takes a backseat and what arises is malpractice.
Malpractice is observed in most educational institutions. Many students have voiced their opinion against it and hence strict action is taken by the educational sector. It has been made mandatory for the schools to install cameras to curb malpractices.

How IP Cameras can help reduce malpractices in examinations

Lots of schools have now started to increase the use of IP Cameras in examination halls. The installation of IP Cameras has brought down the ratio of malpractice which was taking place quite frequently in the past. The cameras are a great help in identifying the students who try to or intentionally cheat during examinations.

The advantage of having an IP Camera installed is that it canbe accessed through the Smartphone anywhere and anytime. This flexible accessibility helps to identify warnings and threats beforehand and helps in taking decisions regarding the same. And also having an IP Camera provides a valid proof for any misconduct during examinations.

Malpractice creates a level of uncertainty for the students who work hard for the examinations. Cheating and getting through is indeed a bad thing to do. If this is ignored, students won’t study well to get through the exams. Instead they will find an easy way out which is cheating. This is the reason that the government is setting certain rules to set a standard for the education forum.

There have been cases where students have been caught cheating and the professors present at the scene have sided them as they were known to them. The other students who complain regarding the incident are warded off saying that there is no truth in their accusation. The poor children are left with no option but to keep mum because they are devoid of any proof. But now the scenario has changed. With the installation of cameras, if anyone wishes to see a particular footage or complain regarding a malpractice, they have the right to ask the footage of the video and provide that as a proof to their complaint.

Things for which a common man had to fight a lot or keep mum have now been changed. These cameras really have been invented for the betterment of our future. Not only in examination halls, these cameras can also be installed in the rooms where checking of papers is done. So that no professor takes undue advantage of the power that is bestowed upon him.
